During your color selection meeting, you’ll be able to sit down with our talented designers and choose certain aspects of the interior and exterior of your home—completely curating your space to match your personal style.
Before the meeting occurs, it’s always a great idea to gather some inspiration so you’re ready to dive right in with the details. Taking a look at our model homes either in-person or virtually, or by browsing our photo and video galleries is a great way to see some of the design options with your own eyes. You will receive a design catelog with options you’ll see at your color selections meeting, so you can truly be prepped for the meeting and start narrowing down your choices. When you speak to our design professionals, they’ll be able to share their own expertise with you on how best to emulate the designs you love into your own home.
Make sure you also take into account the furniture items you already have that you will be moving into your new construction home. If there are particular pieces you love or a certain color palette you want to keep—keep those in mind when choosing your interior features to ensure that they will seamlessly blend together once everything is complete.

When you build a new construction home it’s important to have the ability to trust your builder—that’s why we have internal quality controls to check during the stages of your build in our process. Being able to see your home come to life from the very beginning of the process until you receive the keys to your finished home is an incredible opportunity that we don’t want our homeowners to miss out on—and we love helping you navigate the road each step of the way. Your Community Sales Manager will be sending you updates during your build process, including pictures of the stages of construction so you always are up to speed on how your home is progressing.
Once your home is officially completed, our team doesn’t stop there. We want to make sure that you know how everything works and functions in your new home—so during your new home orientation, we’ll walk through each room with you to demonstrate every feature and finish is working and ready for you. You then have the option to schedule a 2-month home review where a member of our Customer Care team will walk through your home. The goal at this time is to catch any issues before they happen and make sure everything is working just the way it should be. If you have any questions or concerns after the 2-month review, you can also schedule an 11-month home review with our team to make sure any claims have been taken care of on the Customer Care agreement.
