    All builders provide a warranty, but what happens when you call and they’re out of town, wrapped up in another project, out to dinner with their family, or it’s a holiday? Our Customer Care department goes the extra mile to solve common problems before they occur. Can you imagine buying a brand new home that gets flooded with sewer because there is construction debris in the sewer line? It’s an awful thought, but a common problem when moving into a new home. Homes by Taber established a protocol to scope every home’s sewer line prior to occupancy to prevent a sewer backup. We are one of the ONLY BUILDERS IN OKLAHOMA to have this system in place to alleviate these issues.
