Homes by Taber provides an IN-HOUSE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE that is NEVER OUTSOURCED. Your call will be answered by an experienced, Homes by Taber Customer Care Department professional, ready to help you in your time of need!

Homes by Taber is a professional company with a DEDICATED DEPARTMENT solely focused on Customer Care excellence. Our Customer Care TEAM is comprised of nine team members with a combined Customer Service tenure of over 108 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

All builders provide a warranty, but what happens when you call and they’re out of town, wrapped up in another project, out to dinner with their family, or it’s a holiday? Our Customer Care department goes the extra mile to solve common problems before they occur. Can you imagine buying a brand new home that gets flooded with sewer because there is construction debris in the sewer line? It’s an awful thought, but a common problem when moving into a new home. Homes by Taber established a protocol to scope every home’s sewer line prior to occupancy to prevent a sewer backup. We are one of the ONLY BUILDERS IN OKLAHOMA to have this system in place.
