This Cornerstone Half Bath floor plan includes 2,550 Sq Ft of total living space, which includes 2,250 Sq Ft of indoor living space and 300 Sq Ft of outdoor living space. There is also a 590 Sq Ft, three car garage.

We’ve enhanced our favorite Cornerstone floor plan by adding a powder room near the front entrance, conveniently in the mud room. The main living area provides easy flow with the open floor plan, from the front entry and formal dining room to the over-sized living room, kitchen, and casual dining room. You have wonderful versatility here for designing gathering spaces that keep everyone connected while incorporating desirable coziness. Flip the switch on the gas fireplace on the far wall of the living room, and ignite even more warmth and comfort here.

The center island kitchen faces this living area and the breakfast bar is ideal for serving anything from a light meal to a full buffet.
