- Among the 150 largest U.S. cities, Oklahoma City was ranked as the 13th best run city.
- WalletHub determined the operating efficiency of cities by comparing the quality of services residents receive against the city ’s per-capita budget.
- Quality of Services was determined through a score made up of 38 metrics grouped into six service categories, including financial stability, education, health, safety, economy, infrastructure and pollution.
