This version of the Hummingbird takes your lifestyle up a level. We’ve added a second-floor bonus room over the three-car garage. With 435 square feet of open living area and a full bath, the extra room can be used as bedroom, play room, media center, office, studio, or man cave. Like the original Hummingbird home, you have the open floor plan where the living room, kitchen, and dining room come together in one large space, without the walls that separate you from enjoying the activity.
