This 3-bedroom, 2-bath design also includes a study, perfect for a home office, library, homework station, or studio space.

The main living area provides easy flow with the open floor plan, from the front entry and formal dining room to the over-sized living room, kitchen, and casual dining room. You have wonderful versatility here for designing gathering spaces that keep everyone connected while incorporating desirable coziness. Flip the switch on the gas fireplace on the far wall of the living room, and ignite even more warmth and comfort here.

The center island kitchen faces this living area and the breakfast bar is ideal for serving anything from a light meal to a full buffet. The Cornerstone features a gas cooktop, built-in electric oven and microwave, as well as a stainless steel farm sink.
