The Shiloh Bonus Room Half Bath entails everything buyers love about the Shiloh Bonus Room floor plan with an additional half bathroom on the first story. The half bath is perfect for offering guests their own retreat. Gone are the days of visitors using the kids’ bathroom!  

The entry with the ten-foot ceiling guides you to the spacious open floor plan. A stone surround or tile surround, gas fireplace provides the focal point on the back wall, where it can be enjoyed from anywhere in the spacious area.
