For only $99, Homes by Taber will cover closing costs, and you will receive a 3.99% interest rate for the first year of the loan, then a fixed 4.99% interest rate for the remainder of the loan! This will save THOUSANDS at the closing table and hundreds on monthly payments, allowing you to hold onto your hard-earned cash.
Must contract by February 28 and close on March 31. Valid on select homes only. Valid with Stride Mortgage on Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. Stride lender credit not valid on this promotion.
Homes by Taber will cover closing costs, up to the max seller concession per loan program, excluding additional discount points that borrower may elect to pay in excess of the promotional interest rate, and amounts to establish lender required impounds for escrow account.
