Closing Costs Covered

Must contract by October 31, 2026. Valid on select homes only with any lender. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers. Homes by Taber will cover closing costs, up to the max seller concession per loan program, excluding additional discount points that borrower may elect to pay in excess of the promotional rate. If borrower chooses to pay additional discount points for a lower interest rate, the buyer will be responsible for that cost. Buyer is responsible for their own down payment. Closing costs to be covered by builder: Lot only county taxes, mortgage origination fees, appraisal fee, credit report fee, certificate fees, all title charges and fees, HOA dues and fees, homeowner's insurance premiums up to $2,500.
